Welcome to the Integrity Compliance Guidance Tool. We are pleased to offer this tool to individuals and companies that may be interested in enhancing their integrity compliance policies and procedures, or simply learning about integrity compliance. We hope that companies of all types and sizes will find it helpful to complete this brief questionnaire, particularly small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that may be considering the development or enhancement of an integrity compliance program.

The questionnaire consists of 31 questions that are designed to help users think through some key considerations regarding the development and implementation of corporate integrity compliance programs. None of the answers are saved or used in any way by the World Bank or the Korea - World Bank Partnership Facility. Nor should users of the tool rely on an answer or feedback for any purpose other than internal consideration as to potential integrity compliance-related undertakings. This tool is intended for informational purposes only; it does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied on as legal advice. Nor does this tool contain a complete collection of every issue that an integrity compliance program should address in all circumstances. The results generated by the tool are not an assessment or endorsement of any company’s integrity compliance program. Above all, this is not a test. Rather, it is hoped that this questionnaire can serve as a means for companies, and particularly SMEs, to gain insight about the integrity risks that they face and the elements of an integrity compliance program that they may wish to develop or enhance.
